Orders placed on a public holiday or where delivery would fall on a public holiday may be subject to delays.

The global pandemic of COVID-19 has impacted Postal Services all arround the world and delivery times may be longer than usual. According to our experience during the last months, Express shipments may be delayed by 1-2 weeks while Standard shipments may experience delays averaging 3-4 weeks.

We are doing everything possible to deliver shipments in a timelier manner.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the courier is unsuccessful in delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the item(s) will be taken to a designated post office for your collection. The process for organising a second attempt at delivery, or collection of your goods varies depending on the post office.

If your order is not collected from the collection point, or contact made to arrange another delivery attempt, it will be returned to us and we will resip or issue a refund, excluding a delivery charge.
